It looks like information like personal email credentials, used by spammers to hack email accounts and use them as a source spammer, are included in breached data.

Now this information is widely available in the hacking community you can bet hackers will try and crack corporate email systems. This is often made possible due to people using the same password across multiple systems. 

Enterprises and government entities alike need to monitor the behaviour of their users and look for suspicious activity. It's pretty straightforward these days to detect such changes using artificial intelligence and machine learning-based User Entity Behaviour Analytics (UEBA) platforms.
